Combine strength, stamina and core stability training in one safe, efficient 45-minute block! Pleasanton's Club TVT at Tri Valley Trainer offers 21 convenient class times weekly (see schedule grid below). This is a fun, challenging class, usually serving between four and 10 members. We constantly change the cardio/resistance circuits to give you the ultimate comprehensive workout. Modifications are provided for injuries or other restrictions.
