For many of my clients, an important part
of what we do is discuss and develop the
parts of their program that they manage on
their own (workouts supplemental to our
training sessions; daily eating habits and
dietary improvements). This can also be done
effectively via e-mail with no minimum
weekly time requirement. You just use the
level that's most effective each week. I
charge $1 per minute to read and respond to
each message. The goal is to keep you
focused and doing the right things,
modifying as we need to for the normal (and
abnormal) rhythms of your "real" life.
It's easy to initiate. I have a PayPal
e-address you send a lump sum to (a one hour
starting sum is requested, just for
convenience) and I let you know how much of
the initial 60-minute credit is left on each
message I send you. New since I started
offering this service are helpful links on
eating and exercise, animated exercise
graphics demonstrating proper form, and
comprehensive nutrition guidelines and
recipes I present to all my new clients.
It's a great option for those with
scheduling/access difficulties, and my
clients have had great success with
significant fitness gains and fat loss using
