Tri Valley Trainer exists for the sole purpose of helping to advance the cause, the quality and the popularity of the wellness lifestyle. We do that through:

  • TRIAD ™ small group training combining cardio, strength and core in one fun, challenging time-efficient workout.
  • Periodic collaborative workshops with other wellness practitioners (medical, chiropractic, psychological, dietary, physical therapy, etc.)
